MSc Light & Lighting Bartlett workshops

In the New Bartlett Workshops the students learn about design representation skills and get hands-on with design projects at the Practitioner Workshops. It was intensive, but so worth the while, to see them come up with different and striking ideas about lighting two imaginary projects. The Rem Koolhaas and Peter Zumthor Serpentine Pavillions. Two famous projects of the past commissions and so different in terms of handling the daylight and materials. One soft and transparent, a floating glowing balloon, the other a grounded dark structure full of light transitions. Some of the night time illuminations ideas were truly exceptional. Well done MSc L&L 2019-2020!
